1. International Shipping

Shipping Destinations

MIRORlab ships internationally to most countries via DHL Express or UPS Express, depending on destination and service availability.

Available shipping methods and estimated costs are displayed at checkout.


Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days
  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 4–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or local carrier conditions

MIRORlab is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier-related issues.


Shipping Costs

  • International shipping fees are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination
  • The final shipping cost is confirmed and displayed at checkout
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched


2. Customs, Duties & Taxes

General Policy

International orders may or may not include import duties, VAT, or customs-related taxes, depending on the destination country and local government regulations.

Customs rules vary by country and may change without notice.


When Duties & Taxes Are NOT Collected at Checkout

  • In most destinations, duties and taxes are not included in the product or shipping price
  • These charges are assessed by local customs authorities upon import
  • Payment and customs clearance are the customer’s responsibility


When Duties & Taxes ARE Collected at Checkout

For certain countries or regions (such as the United Kingdom), local regulations or platform requirements may require duties and/or taxes to be collected in advance at checkout.

In these cases:

  • The amount collected is calculated based on government or platform guidelines
  • Pre-collection helps ensure smoother customs clearance and faster delivery
  • Collected duties and taxes are remitted to the appropriate authorities, not retained by MIRORlab


Additional Charges & Re-assessment

  • MIRORlab does not control customs assessments or re-evaluations
  • Any additional fees imposed by customs due to regulatory changes, inspections, or information provided by the customer remain the customer’s responsibility


Declared Value

For international shipments, MIRORlab declares the product value in accordance with commercial documentation and shipping requirements.

Any special customs declaration requests should be discussed with our customer support team prior to shipment.

Please note that customs authorities may reassess declared values, and any additional 
duties, taxes, or consequences resulting from such reassessment are the responsibility  of the customer.


3. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

MIRORlab is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.


4. International Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale Policy

Due to the cost, complexity, and risk of international logistics:

All international orders are final sale.
MIRORlab does not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments.

Please review all product specifications, dimensions, photos, and electrical compatibility carefully before placing an order.


5. Warranty & After-Sales Support

Warranty Coverage

All MIRORlab products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.


International Warranty Handling

For international orders, warranty support is handled case by case and may include:

  • Troubleshooting via photo or video
  • Replacement parts shipment
  • Replacement unit shipment after evaluation

International customers are generally not required to return products, unless specifically requested after inspection.

 

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, or accidents
  • Issues caused by incorrect voltage, unstable power supply, or low-quality plug adapters
  • Damage occurring after delivery


6. Electrical Compatibility

  • Input: 100–240V, 50/60Hz
  • Protection Class: Class II (Double Insulated)
  • External driver included

International customers may use a high-quality plug adapter for permanent use.
Low-quality adapters are not recommended and may affect performance or safety.


7. Limitation of Liability

MIRORlab is not liable for:

  • Customs delays or rejections
  • Additional customs fees or taxes
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or government authorities
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to international shipping
