    Where can I buy MĪROR products?

    Products are sold directly online from our website. Currently, we do not have in-person showrooms.

    Where does MĪROR ship to?

    We currently ship everywhere in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Canada. 

    How much does shipping cost?

    There is a flat rate shipping charge for orders under $100 that will be calculated at check out. Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

    Who pays for taxes and customs duties?

    For shipments within the US., we will collect and pay sales taxes on your behalf. Customers in Canada are responsible for import duties. 

    Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

    Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

    When will my order ship?

    Please see the delivery time estimates below:

    • Quick-ship items are in stock and ship immediately with UPS Ground (3-8 business days).
    • Made-to-order items are produced in the order in which we receive them. Please refer to the estimated delivery time displayed on each product page.

    Note: Your order may be delivered sooner than you expect. We padded extra shipping time due to production uncertainty. Please reach out to mirorlux126@gmail.com if you’d like a better time estimate.

    Can I edit/cancel my order?

    If your order has not yet been shipped, we’re happy to make edits. Just send an email to mirorlux126@gmail.com or leave a message through our website at the “contact us” page. To check the status of your order, log in to your account and click on the Orders section. Please keep in mind:

    • After an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our factory, it is not possible to edit the order or the shipping address. However, you can contact UPS to see if they can make any necessary changes on their end.
    • The cost of delivery shipping is non-refundable once the item leaves our factory.

    How do I track my shipments?

    When your order is ready to ship, we’ll also send you an email with tracking information.
    If you have an account with us, you can also log in to your account through our website and check the order status.

    What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

    When this happens please check if:

    • A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package on your behalf
    • The postal carrier left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen
    • The postal carrier marked the package as delivered a few days in advance

    If the package hasn't shown up after 3 business days, please reach out to mirorlux126@gmail.com with your order number and we'll get this resolved for you as soon as possible. 

    What does it mean to 'Get Notified' of a product? When will it be back in stock?

    We adjust our stock daily and offer you the option to get notified when an item is back in stock. If you subscribe to a product, you'll be the first to know.
