What’s MĪROR's return policy?
At MIRORlab, we're committed to your complete satisfaction with our lights! Should you find that the product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return policy for unused and pristine items. Simply reach out to info@mirorlab.com within 21 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a concise explanation to initiate the return process. We kindly ask that you return the item in its original packaging to support our sustainability efforts and minimize waste.
- Standard returns will be refunded for the product cost, though shipping and customs/duties fees remain non-refundable.
- For defective or damaged products, we'll refund both the product cost and shipping fees (excluding customs/duties).
- We reserve the right to reject returns for items damaged by accidents, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or incorrect installation.
- Returns submitted beyond 21 days from the delivery date cannot be processed.
Additional Notes
- Please ensure all items are returned in the same condition as when received to avoid any issues with the return process.
- We appreciate your thoughtfulness in returning items in their original packaging to help reduce waste.

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email info@mirorlab.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of why you’re returning
Once approved, we’ll provide everything you need, including shipping instructions and a return label. After we receive your return, we’ll inspect your item(s) and process your refund.
When can I expect my refund?
After you ship your return, you can expect:
- 1-2 weeks for it to arrive at our warehouse
- 5-7 business days for inspection and processing
Once your return is inspected, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method immediately.
What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
We take the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives in good condition, however, please notify us immediately in the event that your order arrives damaged. Failure by the customer to make any claim within three (3) business days from delivery date will constitute acceptance of the goods and the customer will waive the right to make claims of any damages, errors, or shortages.
If the item needs to be returned due to a manufacturer defect, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
If your product is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at info@mirorlab.com . In the email please include your order number and photos/videos documenting possible damages (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
