[What’s Miror’s return policy?]

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. If you’re not satisfied, email us at mirorlux126@gmail.com to arrange a return. Note:

    • Returns must be in their original condition and received within 14 days of delivery.
    • Delivery shipping and import/customs charges are non-refundable.

    Please note: Under any circumstance, shipping fees will not be included in the refund.

    In our quest to reduce landfill waste, we ask that items be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition for a full refund. Your thoughtfulness will help ensure that the product can be enjoyed by someone else. Here's how:

    • Cover the plug, gather the cord into a bundle, and place it inside the plastic sleeve. Place any accessories into their plastic sleeve as well.
    • Start at the base and wrap the light with protection wrap.
    • Place the light gently into the box. Line the box with the remaining protection foam/wrap, filling any extra space so the light fits snugly.
    • Tape the box, attach the shipping label, and send it off!

    [How do I start a return?]

    To start a return, simply drop us a note at mirorlux126@gmail.com with your order number as well as a reason for the return. 

    We request that the item be returned in the original condition and original packaging for a full refund.

    [When can I expect my refund?]

    After you have mailed your return, it takes our team 2 to 3 weeks to receive and process your refund to your original form of payment.

    [What if my product is damaged or incorrect?]
    We take the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives in good condition, however, please notify us immediately in the event that your order arrives damaged. Failure by the customer to make any claim against MIROR within three (3) business days from delivery date will constitute acceptance of the goods and the customer will waive the right to make claims of any damages, errors, or shortages.
    If the item needs to be returned due to a manufacturer defect, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

    If your product is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at mirorlux126@gmail.com. In the email please include your order number and photos/videos documenting possible damages (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
