    What’s MĪROR's return policy?

    At MĪROR, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have outlined the following return policy to guide you through the process.

    Return Eligibility

    To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and received within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In the same condition as when purchased

    Non-Refundable Items

    The following items are non-refundable:

    • Glassware
    • Glass lenses

    If the product's damage is due to shipping, please take the following steps to initiate an exchange for the same product:

    1. Email info@mirorlab.com immediately with photos of damaged products and their package with (3) business day from delivery day.
    2. We will carefully evaluate the damage and respond to your claim.
    3. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

    If an exchange is authorized and accepted, customers are responsible for any loss or damage to the products during return shipment until the items are delivered.

    Return Process

    1. Initiating a Return:
      To arrange a return, please email us at info@mirorlab.com within 14 days of delivery.
    2. Return Shipping:
      The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
      The return shipping fee & $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
    3. Packaging Requirements:
      To help reduce landfill waste and ensure the product can be enjoyed by someone else, please return items in their original packaging and condition. Here are the steps to follow:
    • Cover the plug and gather the cord into a bundle, then place it inside the plastic sleeve.
    • Place any accessories into their respective plastic sleeves.
    • Start at the base and wrap the light with protection wrap.
    • Gently place the light into the box, lining it with the remaining protection foam/wrap to fill any extra space.
    • Tape the box securely, attach the shipping label, and send it off.

    Refund Policy

    • Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for receiving and processing after you mail your return. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed.

    • Delivery shipping and import/customs charges are non-refundable.

    Additional Notes

    • Please ensure all items are returned in the same condition as when received to avoid any issues with the return process.

    • We appreciate your thoughtfulness in returning items in their original packaging to help reduce waste.

    How do I start a return?

    To start a return, simply drop us a note at  info@mirorlab.com with your order number as well as a reason for the return. 

    We request that the item be returned in the original condition and original packaging for a full refund. If the return is authorized, the customer will receive a refund for the purchase price minus a restocking fee.

    When can I expect my refund?

    After you have mailed your return, it takes our team 2 to 3 weeks to receive and process your refund.

    What if my product is damaged or incorrect?

    We take the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives in good condition, however, please notify us immediately in the event that your order arrives damaged. Failure by the customer to make any claim within three (3) business days from delivery date will constitute acceptance of the goods and the customer will waive the right to make claims of any damages, errors, or shortages.

    If the item needs to be returned due to a manufacturer defect, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

    If your product is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at info@mirorlab.com . In the email please include your order number and photos/videos documenting possible damages (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
